Working as a partnership with parents
I am aware of the need to maintain privacy and confidentiality. I always write in a diary about your child's day (which you may take home) and discuss any issues or concerns.

As a childminder I would like to think that I can provide all children in my care with play and a positive outlook with regard to race, religion, culture, gender and disability. If any child should have any needs that differ to the ones I meet then I am willing to learn and adapt to that child.
